THE WELL
Lauren draws on a range of professional influences that continue to widen and deepen her work in human development practice. They are also a source of continuing development and learning that allow her philosophy and tool kit to stay current and connected. These are all a well spring that sustains her own practice in being both 'alive and well'.
The Association for Social Development
Lauren is a member of the Association for Social Development (ASD) which provides her an important source of international connection and ongoing professional development. The ASD is founded on the work of Bernard Lievegoed M.D. whose understanding of both the human being and organisations is based on Anthroposophy, a philosophy of life developed by Rudolf Steiner. As a world-wide association of consultants working in organisations, the ASD provides Lauren with professional exchange and support as well as opportunities for ongoing research.
Human Synergistics
Inspired by their outstanding insights into human behaviour and performance, Lauren is an accredited consultant for Human Synergistics tools. The central tool - the circumplex - measures and charts human behaviours and is a powerful basis for lifting effectiveness:
Individuals, groups and whole organisations diagnose their current thinking and behaviour in the circumplex and from there, chart a course for constructive development.
The Pacific Institute
The Pacific Institute recognizes organisation cultures drive organisation performance. Creating a constructive culture means engaging people in new ways. The Pacific Institute's programme 'Investment in Excellence' is a powerful personal development programme designed to take people from potential to performance.
Lauren is accredited to offer this programme in New Zealand which she does in collaboration with Innervate NZ. Lauren's experience of 'Investment in Excellence' has been a significant milestone in her own life, and it is well proven in facilitating accelerated growth and satisfaction in the lives of many others.
